[English Post ]The A-Team

Can you remember this?

Ten Years ago a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court
for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a
maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today,
still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune.
If you have a problem - if no one else can help - and if you can find
them - maybe you can hire: The A-Team.

Maybe you don´t remember it yet. Try downloading this and the famous song is here.

YES!! We are talking today about the A-Team!!!

Why? Because I like the Team!
Why? Because They were funny.
Why? Why not?

Who were the A-Team??

"Hannibal" Smith (George Peppard)
Templeton "Faceman" Peck (Dirk Benedict)
H.M. Murdock (Dwight Schultz)
B.A. Baracus (Mr. T).

The A-Team ran for 5 seasons from 1983 to 1987.

Who were The A-Team?

The A-Team (The "A" stood for "Alpha", as in Alpha Team) were a former crack commando unit who fought during the Vietnam War. Nearing the end of the war The A-Team were wrongly arrested for robbing the Bank of Hanoi. After being arrested and trialed they escaped from a maximum security prison (Fort Bragg). In the years that followed the A-Team were on the run from numerous military pursuers. During this time the team helped out victimised people in America and beyond, usually for very little money.

Who were the characters in The A-Team?

The A-Team consisted of: John "Hannibal" Smith, the leader of the team, and a master of disguise; Templeton "Faceman" Peck, a handsome conman; H.M. Murdock, an ace pilot who resided in a mental hospital; and Bosco "B.A." Baracus, a mechanic/ general hard bloke. However, they were also joined by various associates including Amy Allen and Frankie Santana.

The much anticipated A-Team Movie has been rumoured for a long time, but is finally in a pre-production stage. Currently very little is known about the movie, although Stephen J. Cannell has announced that a script is being written. No actors have been cast, and a release before 2003 seems very unlikely.

I have some questions.

Why in ten years with the same vehicle, the police couldn´t catch them?, were the police stupid?

In Internet you can get alot of stupid questions about the A-team´s Stuff, but I want to say something: It was really nice, that four heroes shoot fake bullets (which only break wheels), are happy all the time, and always travel in a weird vehicle. It´s funny.I prefer them to Superman.

Thanks.
